finally, my good behaviour is paying off! it has just occured to me that i've lost 2kg over the last week. nothing to really complain about. good thing i'm tracking it, so i know :P it is so easy to get hung up on the day to day numbers. at this rate, i'll be 45kg by wed (if only things worked out consistently like that :P). supposed to go up to 900 calories on monday. but will see what my weight looks like then, and make a decision based on that.
102.7 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
