My diet doc says that you must give away clothes once you've reached a new low. Saving old, bigger sizes gives you an excuse. If you have no clothes to fit into, you are more inspired to drop the pounds to fit comfortably in your clothes again. It works- I've been giving sizes away as I leave them for about a year now. Once my clothes feel tight again, I know it's time to get serious and about a week later, I am back on track.
