Merry Xmas everyone...survived my 1st Insanity workout, it was intense, but I made it through. I can't wait until I'm strong enough to get through the whole thing without stopping, but I'm glad for the strength I have now that helped me keep up w. a lot of the power squats/jumps and the like.

Merry Christmas! I'm late, sorry... I've seen advertising for this Insanity workout, it seems really good and challenging. Honestly I would love to try it but it's quite expensive... do you think it's worth the money?

Hey Jessy, Merry Xmas to you too! I hope you had a great day and enjoying the weekend. I actually like it a lot, its really challenging, but you can tell that you'll see the payoff soon in both your physique and endurance. I definitely think its worth the $$$, and I say that b/c of the money-back guarantee, so after a few weeks if you don't like it you can send it back. That's why I like videos better than the gym b/c @ the first of the month they're taking back that $60 regardless of if you go or not. With Insanity or anything else, you have it forever and if you don't like it within the time period you can get your money back.
