I dropped such large quantities last week, that I'm almost disappointed in loosing only 500g this week so far ☺️️ When actually I should be very happy about half a kilo down!
But I'm still gonna work hard to make this week count even more, towards Friday's weigh-in.

And Ps. I had a bit of a not-so-good weekend, eating-wise. So, actually I'm only being rewarded for what I've put in 😏

The only negative thing I can say, is that I am "pap tyres" and super flat today!!
I've been bragging about how much energy I have. But have besn running real hard and long, 5 days a week. Plus then working on my feet the whole day. PLUS going to bed too late at nights... So, that also, adds up. Can't be super woman ey!!! 😄

well done for doping weight , I say every little helps to reach the big picture , Thats the thing with weekends you can sometimes gain everything back just of that 2 days , I hate weekends just for that, you run alot do you use any multiv to help you you will have to use something to give you that extra, and check your iron levels to i feel drained when mine is low.

Thanks for the boost in confidence LowCarbFemmeFit :-) But I actually still have 2kg's to go... 😏 But I feel great, because I feel my head's in a good space; so I'll keep up with my eating plan to loose the weight! Saige18 - I actually stopped taking my multivitamin, because I feel so strong and my immune system is way up there everytime I eat these kind of foods like I'm doing now. But perhaps I'll start with the iron supplement, since I hardly eat red meat on this meal plan. Thanks for the advice!! Something very boring perhaps: with my 1st and only pregnancy, 4 yrs ago - before I fell pregnant, I was also eating very heathily and running much more than even now. And weight training as well (excercised 2 x per day, 6 days a week). But everything I ate, had a purpose; like protien for recovery and carbs for endurance sessions ect. And I was just making sure that I was getting in the whole spectrum of nutrients/vitamins through whole foods. And it helped me, so that I didn't have to take a preggy vitamin during pregnancy (only folic acid). And that's where I realised how easy it could be to live a full healthy life without having to "own" a pharmacy! 😄 But, I do see my short comings now... ☺️️ Gonna go pop an iron pill right now! (Sorry 4 the essay)
