Umm not going down am I? Too many treats! Too much going on. Need to slow down and stop using stress as an excuse to stuff face.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I hear ya... it's hard to not eat properly, especially when I haven't prepared my kitchen with good foods. I find it easier to stick with it, if I keep things handy and prepared for when I get hungry. This site is awesome for ideas and recipes! Good luck getting back on track! :)
