Going back to work with all the stuff that involves has caused me to eat without thinking. Need to remember why it's important to be "hungry" now and then. I was as low as 153 but it's creeping back on.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
