I know what you're going through. I stopped working out early November because of my back. I was in bed for 3 days (it was bad). I kept my eating in check and my calories in the right area and whenver I craved the wrong thing, I went for protein and fruit. During that month, the weight kept coming off. Don't give up and don't let it stop your progress. Hope you feel better soon.
