I used to do this. ... allot. Don't deprive yourself of something you want. Like if you're craving a certain comfort food, find healthier alternative ways to eat it. There's almost always an alternative that's way better for you that will give you the same satisfaction and then you won't have to feel guilty about it later :)

If you have a few examples of the things you crave, I may have some suggestions. :)

I used to binge...I had eating disorders...finally a trained dietician/psychologist taught me how to eat. I learned that I needed to eat what I really wanted and not what I thought I should eat...Even if it's not such a wise choice...after awhile you begin to choose more wisely, because you gave your body what it really wanted. Listen to yourself. Eat what you want but stop when you are full/satisfied. I hope this helps. I also agree with Bunnyfatale, most everything can be made healthier and just as delicious. Good luck!

Exercise, when you fell the urge and it will kill that feeling. You, should only eat when your are actually hungry, most of the time when we binge, its for comfort. Eat when you are hungry, and never starve yourself.
