I'm sure some of this is water weight, but I remember when I was losing weight before it was at the rate of around two pounds a week.

I think today I'll eat more. Not because I'm hungry, in fact hunger hasn't been a factor at all, but because I want to keep my weight loss healthy.

Feeling good so far!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
