This is BAD!! I can come up with excuses, having a cold and the flu, but also had two dinners out, and ate too much (which i always do when i do not feel well) and too much wine. But all in all i just did very bad and i need to get back on track.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
