Since I went off the HCG diet, about a month ago, I put on 2 lbs. Yep, that's all. My take on HCG is that it's just not for me. I need to be able to think clearly and be alert. I've never been on a diet that made me fee so run down!!! At one point I thought I was going to faint. So now, I'm back to just eating healthy, watching my carbs and getting rid of chemicals.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
