start of three week no meat fast. Also time to reset how I east. Jason has been a tremendous motivation. He's all plant based only. Dairy is OK but nothing else and not fully plant based. Lets see how things are after three weeks. Sylvia is in it as well.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
