Well I didn't expect that gain at all. But my with is more than a number on the scale. I'm trying to get this Shred Diet down. North supposed to count calories and I'm not really, but being a diabetic I am watching my carb intake. I will get this down and get back into the gym. Timing is everything right now. Have peace in your hearts... till later
279.0 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
