I'm using the LoseIt app, so I'm basically counting calories. My starting weight has me eating 1200 calories per day. I time my meals and snacks so I'm not starving. If I do slip up and snack, I try to make a healthier choice. This week saw a 4 lb loss. Since June, I've lost 18.5 lbs using the app. I wish they had it listed as a diet here, because I have found this app helpful for the past couple years. It keeps me honest, by tracking everything I eat...and it also tracks your exercise.
