Well time to start over. I'm sick of being fat! I'm looking for a different diet to follow. One that will change the way I eat forever.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

That's one of the super things about this site--there are always people (total strangers, I know, but they don't seem that way for long) who want to help and encourage you AND if whatever diet you've tried isn't working well, you can try another! You'll figure out which method works best for you and I bet when you do you'll just soar :)

Low carb is the only way I have found that I can lose and not feel like I am starving all the time. Best of luck finding a WOE plan that works for you.
