I was a little off my diet over the Holidays. It's time to get back on the wagon and start fresh. With a new determination, and goal. I read recently that setting a gaol that is small may help to keep it. So I'm going for 5 lbs at a time not 25-30 like before. Because I find I become very discouraged with myself when I don't achieve that goal. My new goal as of today 1/7/2016 is for 5 lbs less than I am today (185.4)in one month.
