Just got back from NC. Food was decent, but not a huge temptation. Weight is hanging in there. I think I'd like to hit 160 just to give myself a little more space.
163.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
