Well, down 1.5 lbs this week, and ya know what..I'm pretty proud of that cause it has been one tuff, hell of a week! And aunt flo comes monday so I was craving junk like mad. But yesterday, I kicked it hard on the eliptical, and had a great workout. This week, I WILL hit the gym more often and get in more exercise!!
225.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
