After completing graduate school I've gone back to being the weight I was 5 years ago. It's sad and I really feel like I failed but its time to forgive myself and move forward. Today I'm going to start logging my food and exercise on my way back to 220.
370.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
