not sure i can trust the scale at my local gym. ive tried to keep eating between 2000 - 2500 per day for the last month. i know ive lost weight based on my pants size but i dont believe i could be under 300 lbs in a month. ill try to find a more accurate scale soon.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
