the trainers scale is better than mine...today she said i went from
144.2 to 140.2
fat went from 18% to 17.8%
water increased (thats a good thing) 56.5 to 56.7%
lean mass increased from 38.2 to 38.3
143.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
