I am not too concerned about the 1 pound gain. I have been doing a lot of heavy duty hiking, so I am guessing part of that gain is due to muscle gain (and that works for me!!)
147.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Sometimes when you work out a lot you need to add more snacks - You are having fun hiking so keep it up the good work
