Been a good month. Only wish I'd lost as fast this month as I did the last 6 weeks. But at least I'm losing. I guess a pound a week since my last weigh ain't bad, but hey I want it gone! (Note to self: Remind self...I said that next month! Friends and family are finally starting to notice. I'm getting a neck and my face is thinning out. Way cool! Good luck to all and on with the weight loss.

P.S. Forgot to mention that my Blood pressure is also slowly getting lower. Average this month is 132 over 81. Started out it was averaging 150 over 90. So weight loss and diet can directly affect your Blood pressure. Can't weight to see my cholesterol results in a couple of months.
338.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great, so well done! It's great when friends and family begin to notice. I haven't told anyone that I'm dieting apart from a couple of people and my hubby, so I hope that in a month or so I will have friends and family noticing too!
