Home from holiday. Now it begins. Heaviest I can remember being. Got through all my holidays - had a nice time but now its time to focus on getting me back to me. Went for a run this morning - taking my measurements today and really going to do this.

Sounds like you have a action plan set and ready to run. :)
Good job you are off to a great start and keeping this attitude will keep you on the fast track to loosing the weight gained over the holidays and then some.
