Not sure why, but went on a carb eating binge this weekend, and now I am paying the price for my indulgence. Time to knuckly down hard if I want to get below 200.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
