1. Woke up a 6 a.m.
2. 50 mg vitamin C
3. Breakfast- two eggs, a sausage, one piece of bread.
4. Planet fitness 6:30 to 7:30 a.m
5. Two bottles of water.
6. Watch salt intake.
8. Going to see star wars---No popcorn.
9. Eliminate nuts/ Limit fruit intake
10. Increase green vegetable intake.
11. Vegetarian dinner.
12. Limit bread intake to 2 slices per day.
13. 50 mg Vitamin C.
14. 5mg melatonin before bed
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
