Had a few parties this week for Christmas and birthdays but did well trying to avoid the high cal stuff and sticking to the healthy options like basic protien and salads.

Didn't get much exercise done.. due to things going on in the evening as well as my foot still being quite sore and my shoulder being in a lot of paint.

Still quite happy with loosing 800gms.. better than a kick in the teeth. Just need to watch things this week with Christmas only a few days away and lots of temptations around!!
291.7 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
