Yes, that's the way I like to see the scale go! I have not been as strict on what I eat and so my weight has been staying pretty much the same. But I have been really trying this week and I'd say it paid off. Have a great weekend everyone!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
