Played two hockey games last night. No way I could have done that a month ago.

Strong Lifts B tonight. Going to increase weight by 10 pounds instead of the normal 5 pounds to make it more challenging.
284.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
