Down another pound today! I have a goal to get under 200 for a huge political fundraiser for my Presidential candidate on October 23rd.

209.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb. Still to go: 54.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.3 lb a week
