I don't get it. Things are going the wrong way. I didn't have the munchies last night but I did eat dinner a little late. Sometimes I just don't understand...
157.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you do realize that is 0.1 ??? it is so miniscule ,, please do not worry over that gain,, its a waste of energy !! it is water weight .
