Just started week 3 of weight training with Strong Lifts A workout. I got out of the shower yesterday morning and the wife said she can start to see the weight loss. SWEET ! :)
286.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
