Had a meal out with the husbeast on Saturday night, but kept it sane. Yes, it was our favourite BBQ joint, but I had the chicken with mixed veggies on the side. Downfalls? Onion rings and the small bit of cornbread they serve. Seemed to do OK, though. Didn't make much of a dent in my progress. The rest of the weekend was pretty much on track. Hoping for a whoosh sometime soon.
Possible that I'm not eating enough, though. Trying to eliminate or limit low-carb "comfort foods" (ie: Mock Danish, etc) to try and get back on plan properly.
The next couple of weeks may be a bit difficult - I'm on an evening shift that goes from 3pm to midnight. Could make for a stressful week or two.
