This is killing me to put a gain up! I was feeling pretty defeated when I left the center yesterday. I am now planning on working out every day this week, and keeping 100% to the diet. This will be my third week on the new plan, and if I don't start losing again, I'm going to have to discuss alternatives with the center. I know my chart looks good, up until yesterday's weigh in, but this is so disheartening. I'm really hoping for a good loss come Thursday.

182.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Did you not stay on the plan 100% since your last weigh in? Sounds like you may have jumped off and thats why you went up. The plan seems to be working pretty well, just as long as I stick to it. My problem is I eat good and then that one day that I eat bad, it makes my weight go up. Its very frustrating, trust me, I know. But it looks like you are doing fine though. Your chart looks good to me!

I had two potato chips on Friday, missed a bar and had regular sour cream on Saturday and missed a fruit on Sunday. Otherwise I was on plan. It doesn't seem like enough to put on a pound. I'm back on 100% though now, so we'll see.

I know what you mean, I was not on plan much this weekend, so I will prob be at a gain tomorrow. I worked out really hard for an hour today with the trainer, hopefully that will help a little. I am feeling bloated today so I am drinking lemon in my 64 oz of water.

I hear you. I have been on the new plan for over two months now and keep losing and gaining the same three pounds. Get them to do something now before it drags out like me. Minor changes like that should not affect your weight this much.
