How can the Crystal Light fruit punch "On the go" packs be sugar free? Wow, after 5 bottles of water today, I needed to throw something different in. This thing tastes so sugary, it will probably get rid of any craving I might have. I'm a little afraid I may drop some on my shirt and stain it, but boy is it yummy!

I'm guessing they use Splenda in it? I love them myself, but they give me headaches, so I don't drink them =(

I get stomach aches with those and crystal lights so I don't drink them either. They are very good though and only using a half of one might be easier.

I like Crystal Light, but I have to dilute it. I like my sweets in the baked form, drinks I prefer not so sweet. I love fruit punch. Will have to try it. By the way, I love you weight history chart. It looks great!
