Down .6 lbs. Need to do the following: stick to the number of allowed carbs, drink more water and start walking. Sounds simple but somehow I know it won't be for me.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
