1862 kcal Fat: 45.04g | Prot: 152.62g | Carb: 222.33g.   Breakfast: whey protein complex, banana, peanut butter, skim milk. Lunch: light 12 grain bread,  frozen mixed fruit, Drunden Noodles. Dinner: nature valley sweet & salty almond, flatbread, premium chunk ligh tuna (pouch), miracle whip, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, lettuce, cucumber, skim milk. Snacks/Other: cranberry almond bar, chobani greek yogurt,  mozzarella string cheese, fudgesicle. more...
losing 0.6 lb a week
