Well, it's been 34 days since I've weighed-in and absolutely no fluctuations in the scale. There was no weight gain, which I am happy about, but the 0.0 lb weight loss is frustrating since I didn't cheat on thanksgiving like many did. I believe that the Atkins meal bars are causing me to stall. I have been eating them a lot since we've moved here because they're more readily available and I've been craving sweets more because it's been over a year since I've had any real sugar. I didn't used to have cravings, so I think the bars may be causing that too. They are convenient for when I'm working tho so that I don't have to pack a lunch. Since I'm only working 2 days a week, I think I can just restrict the bars to those 2 days and clear my system of the Atkins products and sugar alcohols. I know they can cause stalls because that happened to me about 8 months ago and getting rid of them got the scale moving again. So, I knew that what I was doing was bad, but did it anyway because I'm getting lazy, I think. After over a year of eating LC with no cheat days takes a toll on me, imo. So, I'm bound and determined to get that scale moving before the end of the year. The next time I will weigh-in is New Year's Eve. There will be no cheat day on Christmas either. I've got to lose these last 20 lbs. have to. And I need to be transitioned at least partially on carbs by May for my honeymoon. I know I'll never be able to eat normal again, but I'm at least hoping to increase my daily carbs up to higher than 20....
155.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have a friend who says she stays away from the bars, too, because of all the extra "stuff" in them.
