Been a little bit since I last logged my weight. Been up and down. Need cleaner eating but also need the money to afford the cleaner eating. One day at a time.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

Protein shake in the morning - Snack 3 eggs-lunch chicken and brown rice - Snack yogurt buy fage big one and serve in small containers dinner chicken ir tuna veggies any kind if hungry between that another protein shake.

Invest in a freezer chest when you have the extra money if you don't have one (maybe a nice item for your Christmas list). Buy meat by the bulk when you find it on sale. I shop at places like Aldi & Savalot for produce & you can always get frozen cheaper. There's always a way to skin a cat when you have determination. Good luck on your journey!

Eggs are great protein and not expensive. Frozen vegetables are great, look for sales. Legumes are cheap and have protein. Canned tuna or chicken work in a pinch. You might need to get creative, but you can eat pretty healthy and cheap.

Thanks folks. I do try to eat 5 - 6 meals a day. Since my promotion I think I'll be able to follow that a lot better. We shall see. I have a chest freezer. It is pretty bare right now. Money is so tight that my stocks are now depleted. Hoping after Christmas I can get things back on track. Boy I hope.
