Weighed in this evening at the hot spring at 184 and subtracted 1 lb from this as I had already eating breakfast and lunch plus drinks. I am now about 4 pounds away from a major goal of 179 which I may be able to reach by the end of this month. My next major milestone after that is will be 175 lbs. I think that this may be my maintenance weight goal which I hope to reach by the end of February.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
