Thought I wasn't getting anywhere until last night when a friend noticed that my pants were getting baggy. "Your diet is working, whatever it is".
Hooray!. I hadn't realized that my jeans were fitting loosely. That makes me happy, even when the scale is playing silly tricks with my brain.
