I successfully made it through holiday number 1. It actually wasnt as hard as I thought it would be. I just eat what I really want in moderation and skip the stuff I don't like. I was even able to fit in some good working out days. It's going to be hard keeping up running because it is getting really frickin cold outside. Yesterday I got started a little late and ended my run in the dark. My son, who is in the stroller when I run, did NOT like that. Hopefully I can push through this winter and make it through to the other side. Have a good week everyone!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
