Despite only manageing to achieve one mini-challenge I'm still maintaining steady weight loss.
Chest 43"
Waist 37"
189.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1889 kcal Fat: 46.48g | Prot: 51.94g | Carb: 298.26g.   Breakfast: Reduced Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Conad Muesli, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat). Lunch: Pears, Prickly Pears, Asda Pesto, Dry Spaghetti. Dinner: Tangerine, Pears, Red Table Wine, Ciabatta, Poached Egg. Snacks/Other: Dried Prune, Bananas, Pink Lady Apples. more...
