So far so good!

Not really a lot to say about my diet. This is 8 weeks on Atkins - the last 2 weeks of which have been serious Induction. I'm so ready to move on! However, I'm a little worried that i wont be able to add back the carbs at the slow rate they suggest - I'm afraid i'll get out of control.

I'm now wearing a size 6 in jeans, and they are somewhat loose. It seems really strange. I'm just starting to get that I'm small. My scrubs (from wal-mart) are an x-small. How weird is that?!?

I'm still skinny fat - gotta do some excercise and trim the flab.

I'm so tired of people telling me that i look anorexic, or like i've been through a long, hard illness. I've even been told that my body is too small for my head and I have a bobble head now! Funny thing is, skinny people never tell me these things, only fat/obese people - and I'm about to say so! Lord, help me hold my tongue! Just as a precaution, i ask skinny people and my mother if i look ok. My mom and a friend both promise they'll tell me if i get too thin.

I guess I had a lot to say afterall!

131.4 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
