Keep regaining and slowly losing the same 5 to 8 pounds of water weight. Part of the problem is that I keep allowing myself to get sidetracked by the husbeast's cravings. Really need to clamp down on that, because I'm tired of working harder & harder at getting nowhere, with the ultimate feeling that I'm gaining instead of losing.
