Now I am off the 3 Day for the next 4 days. I need to be good. I am trying to keep ideally between 1500 and 2200 calories during this period to maintain some momentum.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
