Wow! Can't believe I'm down another 3 pounds! Controlling my sodium has really helped out, but I know that 2 pounds of this WL was due to water retention. And I'm not complaining!!!

WOOHOO!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
