Breakfast Atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half (twice), lunch small salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, dinner almonds, atkins choc shake. Not enough food yesterday-nothing to eat in the house-didn't feel like going out so grabbed a shake-hungry this morning.
