Ok Ok, I was a lax this week as far (as eating goes but have stuck to my workouts) for my birthday. I would be upset if this happened frequently or more than I would like, however, this is the first time in over a year that I have had a weak week, lol. So, back at it. Double duty on the cardio this week. 30 min before work every morning plus my usual 45 min of cardio 4 x week and weights 3x's a week. Hope this also breaks me through the slight plateau that I have hit prior to this week's lapse.
