I even doubled up on my workouts I went to the gym 5 mornings last week for 30 min on top of my typical 45 min cardio and weight 4 days. I havent budged!!!! The scale is the same AAAAHH. So frustrated!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, but your chart looks amazing. It can get slower and more difficult the closer you get to goal. There are things you can try to get things moving. Make sure your drinking enough liquids to stay hydrated and flush out sodium. Up your protein! Protein metabolizes better than any other food group and helps you lose. Up your fiber intake with fruits and veggies. Stay away from processed foods as much as you can. Kick up your exercise program. Change up what you are doing. Take a new class,get a workout dvd (you can try them from the library too), etc. If you don't exercise, you might want to start. Get out and be more active. When I was painting a couple of rooms in my house the weight was falling off. Good luck!
